Founded in 2017, and based in Los Angeles, our mission is to change the way people meet.
Our goal has been to take what has made us happier, healthier and more successful people, and offer it out to others. We come to work every day to create experiences that leave attendees with the education and connections they need to improve their lives.
Our winning formula has been combining doing your passion and pursuing your life's work, while also leaving footprints for future generations to follow.
At Encounter, attendees spend the weekend living, eating and exploring together. Throughout the weekend, attendees participate in activities including Hip Hop dancing, content sessions, yoga and archery.
If your definition of success is more than just making money, then you've come to the right place. We believe that people are at the center of success — whether it's the people you work with or the people you want to work with.
We want to change the way people meet and turn "It's not what you know, it's who you know" on its head.
